Neith Metals, located in Alexandria, Egypt, is a reputable producer and supplier of high-quality Titanium Grade 2 Forgings. As a company with excellence in producing titanium alloys, it caters to numerous industries like aerospace, marine, medical, and chemical processing. Our Titanium Grade 2 Forgings bring together exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility—making them perfect for critical applications where lightweight yet strong materials are required. With a firm dedication to accuracy, quality, and satisfaction to customers, Neith Metals provides both engineered-to-order and off-the-shelf titanium solutions compliant with international standards to provide stable performance and punctual delivery to international customers.
Titanium Grade 2 Forgings consist of about 99.2% titanium, 0.1–0.2% iron, 0.18–0.40% oxygen, and minute traces of carbon and nitrogen. It gives a perfect mix of strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. On a mechanical scale, Grade 2 has tensile strength of up to 345 MPa, yield strength of about 275 MPa, and elongation of about 20%. Its low density of 4.51 g/cm³ provides a great strength-to-weight ratio and improved corrosion resistance in chemical and marine conditions. It is also tough, weldable, and durable and can be used in challenging industrial applications.

The durability of Titanium Gr 2 forgings is ensured by factors like high corrosion resistance, excellent strength-to-weight ratio, superior fatigue resistance, heat treatment, proper alloy composition, and precision manufacturing processes.
Titanium Gr 2 forgings are commonly used in aerospace, chemical processing, marine, medical, automotive, and power generation industries due to their corrosion resistance, strength, and lightweight properties.
Open-die forging for Titanium Gr 2 components involves shaping the metal by pressing it between two flat dies. It allows for high strength, uniformity, and precise control, making it ideal for complex, large components.
Titanium Grade 2 Forgings are globally utilized in lightweight material industries with high corrosion resistance and strength. In the aerospace industry, they are utilized in airframes, engine parts, and landing gear components. Their biocompatibility qualifies them for use in medical implants, surgical instruments, and prosthetics. They are utilized in shipbuilding, propeller shafts, and offshore constructions in the marine industry because they resist seawater corrosion. In chemical processing, they are utilized in pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchangers. Furthermore, Titanium Grade 2 is utilized in power generation and desalination plants where reliability, low weight, and durability are essential
