Titanium Grade 7 Bars and Rods (DIN 3.7235) consist mainly of approximately 90% titanium alloyed with 0.12–0.25% palladium (Pd), together with minute impurities of iron, carbon, and oxygen. The composition is special, with improved corrosion resistance, particularly in seawater and acidic environments. The alloy has superior weldability, high strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Titanium Grade 7 combines toughness, ductility, and durability, making it suitable for applications requiring superior mechanical performance and long-term stability under harsh chemical or marine conditions.
